At Take Over Nail & Lash Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused supplies in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Wait for Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit; please ensure all seals on liquids and lash adhesives remain intact.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit to your account.
